1) SIDEARM Stats isn't showing up at all, what should I do?
- You probably need to download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player for your computer. If you follow this link:

It will install the latest version of flash for your computer. We also recommend completely closing your browser and restarting it once flash has installed.
2) I see the last game, not the game that should be on today
Unfortunately, from time to time, the school's Sports Information Staff who are inputting the stats to feed them to SIDEARM Stats have unexpected trouble which can prevent them from putting the stats up for public viewing. We apologize for any inconvenience, and suggest emailing your school's Sports Information Department for more information. Also, generally it is just home games that are covered by SIDEARM Stats, unless otherwise noted.
3) The stats were working, but suddenly stopped
Periodically, the school's staff that are inputting the stats will end up with a trouble with their computer or internet connection that prevents them from feeding the stats to SIDEARM Stats for your viewing. We apologize for any inconvenience, and suggest emailing your school's Sports Information Department for more information.
4) I am trying to access SIDEARM Stats on my mobile device
Since SIDEARM stats is powered by Adobe Flash, you will need to have support for this plugin on your mobile device as well - Please refer to your device's manufacturer as to how to install this plugin.
5) I have a feature request or suggestion on how to make SIDEARM stats even better!
